While my ring may not be worth as much as some of the newer rings, it is precious to me and priceless. It’s has never shined more and I literally couldn’t stop staring at it after I picked it up. They also cleaned the rings at no charge and did a complimentary check of my prongs to make sure it was still holding up. When I asked about making a slight modification for comfort, they suggested more cost effective options. They did a fabulous job, even extending the solder to secure the band and prevent future cracks. I wanted someone who would take care of it the way I loved it.
